Flights
For flights, there’s one main airport close by, Miami International.
The Ft. Lauderdale airport is a good backup option, it’s about an hour away and the flights may be less expensive.
Which means your best bet is to fly in and out of Miami.
Picture it now.
Hop into your window seat (aisle if you prefer).
Resting easy as you hear the ring of purchase notifications lighting up your phone.
Order a cocktail or a relaxing tea.
Quick nap or get some work done. Your choice and no rush.
Land refreshed in the Miami Airport. Have an Uber™ or Lyft™ waiting as you glide out of the airport..
Slide right into the back seat and arrive at a nearby hotel or Airbnb™ for just $30.
Sure, you could go all out and hire a car. It’s affordable, it’s easy and some even have bottles of bubbly.
We recommend you fly in on Friday and leave Sunday night or Monday.
Of course, if you’re heading back to cooler temperatures, you can always stick around, enjoy the beaches, the fine dining, the warm sunshine on your back.
*Sadly, we can’t allow guests in the office except for the 3 days of the event due to space limitations and other commitments.
Miami is quickly becoming THE PLACE TO BE as residents of other big cities relocate.
Which means booking your hotel accommodation ahead of time is a good idea.
The hotels in the area will be downtown Brickell, but we HIGHLY RECOMMEND not booking the hotel for the next couple of weeks until the venue is confirmed.

Luckily, there are a few options available in the area and at the beach (no not camping).
Although you could if you wish, I guess).

Water and snacks (healthy ones) will be provided for you at the event.
There’ll also be coffee (I know you were thinking about that).
For lunch we’ll be walking to nearby restaurants together, or we’ll order food for you to pamper your palate at the event.
There’s tons of great food joints 1 minute away for quick lunches.
There’s also a Walgreens store 2 minutes around the corner (don’t recommend eating lunch there though LOL)…
